What types of products do you sell?
We sell a variety of pickleball apparel and accessories, including shirts, shorts, skirts, hats, bags, and headbands. We are constantly adding new products, so be sure to check back often!
What sizes do your products come in?
The availability of a specific size depends on the product as well as the available stock, but typically our products are available in a range of sizes from XS to 3XL. Please refer to our size guide on each product for more specific measurements.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page which details the measurements for each size. We recommend comparing your measurements to the guide to find the best fit.
What are your products made of?
Our products are made of high-quality, durable materials designed for comfort and performance. Many of our products are made from breathable, sweat-resistant fabric to keep you cool during play, but can range anywhere from cotton, polyester, nylon, spandex, and beyond. Be sure to read the product description bullet-points in order to see the specifications for the product you are viewing.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our catalogue, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do accept some returns and exchanges, but since our products are made to order, the process can be a bit tricky. We value your business and strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our policies for returns and exchanges are as follows:
- All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition for us to successfully process a return.
- General returns/exchanges due to buyers remorse will not be accepted due to the nature of made to order products.
- Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing will be approved on a case-by-case basis only. We advise you to refer to the sizing chart included on each product page before purchasing.
- Returns or exchanges for damaged, misprinted, or defective items will be acknowledged and approved with the successful completion of our problem report form.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a general return or exchange, please contact customer service to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
If you would like to file a claim for a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please fill out our problem report form HERE.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to receive email notifications and as soon as it becomes available again, you will be notified.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
How do I care for my purchased items?
Most of our products can be machine washed in cold water and air-dried. Please refer to the care label on each item for specific instructions.
